Potstickers and the Three "P"s

 It takes a lot of preparation to make potstickers.  Here's the beginning...
 This is a photo of the delicious filling.
 The second "P" in making potstickers is patience!

 And lastly, it takes a lot of precision, as in timing the browning and steaming, and the attention to detail to make a delicious potsticker.

  1. Just learned what these were when I went to a grocery similar to Whole Foods. They were OK, but I most likely did not cook them right. Can imagine how much better they would be if put together and cooked at home!
