Blueberry Pancakes ... an old recipe
Back in 1970, I ordered this little cookbook from the U.S. Government Printing Office, which was prepared by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Page 72 contains a fool-proof recipe for homemade pancakes. This is a really neat little cookbook and I use it often for certain recipes.
All the ingredients are assembled except for the blueberries.
Here are those luscious Texas blueberries ...so ripe and so sweet.
I always top my pancakes with a light dusting of powdered sugar. Never have been a fan of syrup.
